Javier Cuesta Muñoz: Executive Chef
Please join me in welcoming Javier Cuesta Muñoz to Team Cavalier as our new Executive Chef. Javier has a multitude of success and experience in Food and Beverage with some of the premier resorts around the world holding Executive Chef positions with The Landings in Saint Lucia, The St. Regis Hotel in Washington D.C., and most recently, The Douro Azul in Portugal. His experience spans 23 years and ranges from banquets, professional teaching, catering, and most recently Executive Chef.
Javier will be joining us on October 21st.
