Are reservations required for spa services?
A We encourage spa treatments be booked at least two weeks in advance.
What is the cancellation policy?
A To avoid being charged for scheduled service, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Please call to notify us if you need to cancel or reschedule. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged in full. A Cavalier room number or credit card number is required at the time of booking.
Do the services include gratuity?
A For your convenience, a 20% service charge is added to each spa service received. The service charge will be dispersed to the spa staff members who served you during your visit. Additional gratuities are at your discretion.
What if I have special health concerns?
A Please notify our Spa Concierge at time of booking if you have high blood pressure, allergies, disabilities, or if you are pregnant or nursing. Your well-being is paramount, so if you experience discomfort at any time during your services, please advise your spa professional immediately.
Do you offer couples massage services?
A The SeaHill Spa at the Cavalier includes two couple's suites with side by side tables - one with a private soaking tub.
Do you offer pre-natal services?
A While there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed. Please notify our Spa Concierge if you are pregnant when you make your appointments so that they can offer guidance.
Do you have lockers or places where I can store my valuables?
A Hotel guests are encouraged to leave valuable items in their guestroom. Otherwise, lockers are provided for your convenience.
Is there a minimum age for treatments?
A SeaHill Spa welcomes guests 18 years of age and older. Minors may receive salon services provided they are accompanied by an adult throughout the duration of the service.
