The Cavalier Hotel management and staff strive each and every day to make each event held at the property a successful and memorable one for all involved. The hotel is pleased to offer the following special offers to groups holding a first time event with the property.
During the month of February and March, the hotel is pleased to offer complimentary meeting space per day for groups with 25 rooms or more reserved per night. (Minimum of two night stay.) The group would receive a discounted rate of $83.00 plus taxes for single or double occupancy for oceanview or oceanfront rooms (depending on availability). The group will also have complimentary wireless access in the guest rooms and public areas, along with complimentary parking for duration of the group’s event.
*Government Per Diem available to those with the military or state agencies for February and March.
During the sunny month of July and the last two weeks of August, the hotel is pleased to offer a discounted rate of $198.00 plus taxes for a Friday, Saturday, Sunday meeting. If the group should be interested in meeting during the week for a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday meeting, the group would receive a discounted rate of $178.00 plus taxes. The hotel is also pleased to offer complimentary meeting space for the group with a guaranteed block of at least 75 rooms per night (minimum of two night stay).
*Government Per Diem is not available during the month of July.
During the months of November and December, the hotel is pleased to offer a complimentary meeting space with 25 rooms or more reserved per night. (Minimum two night stay.) The group would receive a discounted discounted rate of $83.00 plus taxes for single or double occupancy for oceanview or oceanfront rooms (depending on availability). The hotel is also pleased to offer a complimentary one hour reception in a complimentary hospitality room for the group. The group will also have complimentary wireless access in the guest rooms and public areas, along with complimentary parking for duration of the group’s event.

Building is open officially each year between the dates of May 15th through September 15th. Other dates can be available, with 50 rooms or more reserved per night (2 night minimum required).
